We chose Denali Roofing because their pricing was the best and Edgar was so responsive to any questions or issues that arose. Yes. Denali Roofing LLC holds an active Utah contractor license through the Division of Professional Licensing and carries liability insurance. The license number is near the top of this page and in the footer, so you can check it on the DOPL license lookup yourself. Ask for the certificate of insurance at the estimate. It's worth checking the same for all the roofing companies you're comparing.

No. Inspections are free and there's no obligation afterward. We get on the roof, photograph what we find, and walk you through it. If the roof has years left, we'll tell you that.

Yes. We document the damage in photos, write the scope of work, and meet your adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed. Your policy and your deductible are between you and your carrier; the roofing side is ours.

Most residential roofs are torn off, replaced, and cleaned up in one day. Larger or steeper roofs can run two. We'll tell you which yours is before we start.
What happens if you find bad decking?
We replace it before the new roof goes on, photograph it, and show you. We'd rather tell you about a soft sheet of plywood on build day than cover it up and have it fail later.
